Salerno Land Sales does not monitor visitors' activity via cookies or other intrusive techniques. The only information gathered is that voluntarily given to us via e-mail.

Use of the Information this Site Gathers/Tracks
Salerno Land Sales maintains a list of persons seeking specific properties, as well as a list of those whose properties we are offering for sale. These lists are used for our internal purposes only. Because we belong to a multiple listing service, basic information about the properties for sale is shared with other members of the service, but the lists themselves, including personal information, is not.

With Whom the Site Shares the Information it Gathers/ Tracks
Salerno Land Sales does not share information collected from our site with any outside individuals, companies or organizations with the exception of information about property being offered for sale to the members of the multiple listing service. This is necessary to reach the largest pool of potential buyers for our properties.
